Hydraulic allwheel steering
ARK-4RM
The ARK-4RM "all wheel steering"-electronic was developed, in order to improve the agility of large vehicles.
The system works according to the master/Slave principle and follows automatically the actual steering axle according to the preselected kind of steering. The kind of steering ( dog walk / close curves ) can be selected via switch. While driving on public roads the 2nd Axle hydraulically driven into central position and locked.
In order to adjust the rear axle in case of need, can be done by using a Joystick (master switch) for the rear axle.
Further steering axles can be connected in a simple manner.
The AVK-4RM can be used for most proportional valves on the market and contains 2 differential amplifier entrances, the power supply for the Joystick and axle measurements as well as those 2 amplifiers for the control of the proportional valves.
